This was a nice case we did with a did with a client Dr Aston Parmar of Cwmbran Dental Spa who clearly understands the importance of good Lab/Surgery communication. In this Particular case the patient was unable to attend lab for a shade take and tooth mapping session so we had to rely on Good Quality/Clear Photographs and also shade mapping done by the clinician. From this we were able to successfully identify the stump shade to the relevant Emax material shade required which was then 3/4 pressed to allow layers of Emax-ceram porcelain and effect to be added. After Numerous communications by various means back and forth from ourselves to the clinician we were able to produce a great result with a finished crown that chameleons in with the patients existing Teeth. Once again and good example of careful planning and teamwork by both the lab and the clinician.
