Dental Implants Via Milling Centres

Here at Toothworx Dental Laboratory we offer a wide range of dental implant Solutions. All our cad implants are expertly designed by our CAD implant specialist Using 3Shape and EXOCAD Software to supply our clients with the most precise and optimal design for each patient specific case.

By using cad to design our implant restorations we are able to ensure that the implant abutment has the optimal abutment height and angle to optimally retain the restoration insitu and also has the correct emergence profile that provides optimal gingival contours and this gives the final restoration optimal aesthetics for superior clinical results.

Once designed and checked the cad designed abutments are then fabricated by either sending to a choice of premium implant manufacturers milling centres or in-house milled on our 5Axis in house milling units using a range of the latest implant materials. Here at Toothworx we try to work closely with our clinicians and include them where necessary with abutment designs to ensure the optimal result for the patient is guaranteed. To do this each of our clients are able to be set up with a 3shape communicate account that will allow us to send designs for evaluation to them. They are then able to send us there feedback and suggestions on the final implant design before they are sent to be milled.

GOLDHUE CUSTOM ABUTMENTS

This titanium custom abutment is anodized with thin coating of titanium nitride. The gold hue colouring creates a more aesthetic result for gingival tissues and shading all-ceramic restorations.

TITANIUM CUSTOM ABUTMENTS

Our titanium custom abutments are digitally designed for optimum emergence profile, angulation, and positioning. Select from a wide variety of implant platforms.

ZIRCONIA CUSTOM ABUTMENTS

The zirconia custom abutments are CAD designed and positioned for ideal case planning and final results. Choose from cemented or screw-retained design options. These are also available in dentine Shades and Gingival Pink Collars.

ATLANTIS CUSTOM ABUTMENTS

Atlantis abutments incorporate patient-specific parameters, and closely mimic natural tooth preparations, which promotes excellent aesthetics. These CAD/CAM abutments are designed from the final tooth shape, using unique digital software. These abutments are available for all major implant systems and both cement and screw-retained restorations. 

RENISHAW INCISE LASER ABUTMENTS

Laser Abutments are implant-supported custom abutments made by Renishaw's hybrid manufacturing. Laser Abutments are 3D printed to capture fine occlusal details, then precision machined to achieve precisely fitting interface geometry.

Laser Abutments are custom-made devices manufactured in the UK in accordance with ISO 13485, using CE marked cobalt chrome.

Screw-Retained Zirconia Implant Crowns

Retrievable, cement-free and durable Zirconia Screw-Retained Implant Crowns are a convenient, hygienic and predictable restorative option. Easily removed without damage to the crown, screw-retained implant crowns provide convenient access for restoration cleaning, replacement of prosthetic screws, and assessment of the soft tissue and adjacent teeth. 

They are the optimal choice in clinical situations where limited inter-occlusal clearance is a factor or residual cement is a concern. Constructed from monolithic solid zirconia with a titanium base connection, Zirconia Screw-Retained Implant Crowns offer exceptional fracture resistance and aesthetics, and are the perfect fit for a wide variety of challenging prosthetic circumstances.

Zirconia Screw Retained Implant Crowns and bridges can be fabricated using our Highly Aesthetic Full Contour Multilayer Zirconia can also Be designed as a cut back that is then layered with porcelain to fabricate an optimal highly aesthetic final restoration.

We are also able to design all our screw retained implant crowns and bridges to have angulated screw access channels to allow for their use in tricky implant placement situations therefore offering clinicians with an optimal functional and highly aesthetic final restoration.

Indications

Indicated for single-unit implant restorations where easy retrievability of the crown is desired or limited vertical dimension is a concern. Zirconia Screw-Retained Implant Crowns are an aesthetic and exceptionally strong solution for addressing various prosthetic considerations.
